I have learned so much and I wanted to share my knowledge to everyone. I can do public speaking on any topic I have written or specialized before. As of December 2016 and for the next two years, I can do it for free since public speaking is a new field to me and I’m still in the process of being an expert in it. I’ve already had a 15 to 20 minutes presentation in a small group of people (around 30). I received positive feedback that it was great and they learned so much from it. I’m very confident that I can be a good speaker because I am smart and I always do an extensive preparation in everything. Contact me if you need a speaker.
Our brain neuron connection is different every day as long as we keep on learning new things. So I would also like to list here seminars and events I have attended before to give you an idea what topics I can share in public.
Public Speaking Experience
Multiple Listing Service (MLS) – As a Chairman of MLS Committee in our local board, I had a 15 to 20 minutes presentation to a group of professionals (Real Estate Brokers, Engineers, Accountants and Business Owners) about the usage of MLS provided by PAREB (Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards, Inc.). MLS is a suite of services that enables real estate brokers to strategically partner with other brokers for dissemination and accumulation of listing information, and establishment of professional fees (among brokers). June 24th, 2015, Calamba Laguna, Philippines.
Leadership Trainings – As a 1st Batallion Commander of JLTC during my high school days, I’m privileged to give short talks to junior cadet about different leadership topics. JLTC is our school version of JROTC (Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps). It’s a program offered to high schools that teaches students character education, student achievement, wellness, leadership, and diversity.
Seminars and Events I Attended
The Philvencap is one of the oldest forums especially created for entrepreneurs who are looking for start-ups and expansion capital for equity. It has been in existence for the last 25 years and it now works closely with the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) towards the development of professionally and socially oriented entrepreneurs.
There are three to five companies pitching their products and business model to the audience. Some are in an early stage of a startup looking for pre-seed capital while others are already established in their industry looking for an angel or independent investors for their business expansion. It gives me an insight about the concept of raising capital and it also helps me to connect with different professionals from other fields. It also updates me about the recent trends in the business and Philippine market.
The presenter, usually a CEO or a COO, share some fresh and breakthrough ideas. They inspire me to be bold, to take action and to make a difference.
Every last thursday of the Month
Asian Institute of Management (AIM), 123 Paseo de Roxas, Legazpi Village, Makati, 1229 Metro Manila
